PCL Money had a large subscriber database who they would manually send emails to - however maintenance of this growing list of addresses was becoming more and more time-consuming, so they evalutaed and implemented e-motion design's online newsletter system.

With this system they were able to have a centralised location to manage their newsletter subscribers, to produce new graphical attractive newsletters very easily using template functions, and to comply with the new Australian spam regulations by providing unsubscribe functionality which is inbuilt into the system. Incorporating subscribe and unsubscribe functionality which is integrated into their website their subscriber base has continued to grow and their newsletter is a popular source of news, information and competitions for their clients and for general visitors to their web site.
